Our weight room has windows that overlooks Magnolia Park. It features customize-able racks, dumbbells, bench presses, squatting racks, & a variety of machines.

Our track is used for walking, jogging, and running. It is above our courts for a view of a basketball or volleyball game while working out. 

Enjoy gaming with the whole family while exercising on our ceiling to floor projection games. 

Lockers are available in both men & women's restrooms, the front lobby, & the weight room. Locker rentals are available for $10/month.

This large room has jump ropes, workout balls, half domes, elliptical machines, treadmills, bikes, and other items available to assist your with a great cardio workout. 

Play basketball or volleyball on our indoor courts with your friends. Cones for training or practice is available.

Our batting cages are indoor so you do not have to let the weather determine if you practice. Equipment is available at the facility. 

Members have access to a fresh, clean towel and free wifi to use while working out.
